Springfield’s Center City will host a flurry of festive activities for the 2012 Festival of Lights season.
Other Festival of Lights activities throughout November and December include horse-drawn carriage rides, holiday shows and concerts, a loft walk, Christmas light displays in Jordan Valley Park and First Night Springfield on December 31st.
