Patriotic Partners Summer Success Fair June 7th 2022

Hosted by the Missouri Job Center Ozark Region in collaboration with American Legion District 17, American Legion Post 125, and the Veterans Coalition of the Ozarks

More than 30 employers and Veteran Support Organizations from the Springfield area will participate in a Multi-Industry Hiring Event and Veteran Resource Fair on Tuesday June 7, from 2 – 6 pm. The event will be held at the Special Occasion Venue located within the Veteran Resell Store Building at 3335 W. Sunshine St Suite 6, at the corner of Sunshine and West Bypass. Military Veterans, Military Spouses, and Military Families are encouraged to attend!

The event is also open to the general job-seeking public and all will be welcome. Attendees will be able to meet with representatives of 25 local and national companies to learn about a myriad of possible career opportunities.

“Collaborating with local Veteran Support Organizations to host this hiring and resource event is a beneficial way for the Missouri Job Center to engage with the community. Veterans and the job seeking public can interact with employers and resource providers in a less formal setting, which can often spark positivity and create an atmosphere of genuine human interaction and problem solving.” said Sabrina Bonnette, Local Veterans Employment Representative for the Ozark Region and a volunteer member of the American Legion District 17 and Women Veterans of SWMO American Legion Post 1214.

Attendees should dress appropriately and bring copies of their resume if possible. Some on-site interviews will be conducted. For more information and contacts for the venue, please call Sabrina Bonnette at 417-234 2691.
